1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk


How to prepare Cinnabon with strawberries:

1- Put the warm milk in a bowl, add the yeast and a spoonful of sugar, mix well and leave for 10 minutes.


2- Heat the butter on the stove and leave it to cool, then add the eggs and mix well, then add it to the milk


3- Sift two cups of flour, add the remaining amount of sugar, add salt, mix well, then add the milk gradually


4- Add the rest of the flour in stages until we have a cohesive dough, then let the dough rest in the fridge for about an hour.


5- We stretch the dough in a rectangular shape, then add the jam on top of it, stretch it well, and start rolling the dough and cut it into equal pieces.


6- We put the Cinnabon on a tray greased with a little oil and put it in the preheated oven at a medium temperature for 20 minutes, until the Cinnabon acquires a golden color.


7- We take the Cinnabon out of the oven, cut the fresh strawberries and decorate it with the white sauce, that is, the sweetened condensed milk. It can be replaced with the white sauce consisting of fine sugar and a little milk, and it is ready to be served.
